Privacy

Teen Twin Cities is a free weekly email newsletter for Twin Cities parents. This note explains what the website and newsletter collect, and why. It is written to be read, not to be long.

When you sign up for the newsletter

We collect your email address so we can send you the newsletter. The signup form and email delivery are handled by beehiiv, our email provider. We use your address to send the newsletter and occasional notes about it — nothing else. We do not sell it or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you for good.

When you visit the website

We use Google Analytics to understand basic, aggregate traffic — how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where visitors come from (for example, a search engine or a link in the newsletter). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes this data on Google's servers. IP addresses are anonymized. We use it only to see whether the site is working and worth continuing — not to identify individual people.

If you would rather not be counted, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, use your browser's "do not track" or cookie controls, or block analytics cookies.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No selling or sharing of personal information. No profiles of individual readers.
